I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the center and super close to an event I attended at the sobrodome. It was also quite close to a main shopping center, which was very convenient. The staff here were wonderful, providing excellent service from the moment I checked in. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Additional taxes to the room where 13.-Rs. Children were free, but got only one bed for 2 children, breakfast not incl., food is very expensive, keeping the suitcases costs 12.-R per piece.

The hotel is conveniently located super close to an event at the sobrodome and quite close to a main shopping centre too. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and fully up to western standards. The breakfast is consistently delicious, and the staff is generally helpful. The hotel is also modern, with many facilities to offer, including a bar and a shuttle service to nearby locations.

The check-in process could have been better managed during peak arrival times.

The breakfast was amazing and had gluten-free options, which was great. The shuttle service to the nearby mall was very convenient as we found a variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. The gym onsite was awesome, and it had all the necessary equipment for a good workout.

The bathroom didn't have proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to use after showering or using the bathroom. On one night, the TV cable didn't work, which was a bit frustrating.
